In addition:

• Boats may have no more than a 4-foot draft.
  
• Slips are 9 feet to 17 feet wide.
  
• Boat must be 2 feet to 4 feet shorter than slip.

Please Note:

• If 12 months' rent paid at one time, you get a 10% discount.
• If 6 months' rent paid at one time, you get 7th month free.
• One month slip fee plus security deposit (equal to one month's slip fee), as well as boat insurance certificate, required before boat enters our marina.
• Unmetered electricity and water, plus access to pools and tennis courts included with membership.
• Live-aboards, jet skis, houseboats or vessels longer than 45 feet are not allowed.
• Bal Harbour Marina membership includes access to Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.

A Tranquil Moor

     The Bal Harbour Marina is a wooden wonderland of docks and finger piers. One hundred and thirty-three boat slips accommodate sail and power boats. Water lovers from near and far moor their boats in this tranquil setting on the north shore of Clear Lake.
     Located on Windemere Mansion's waterfront on Lakeside Lane (behind the Hilton Hotel on NASA Parkway), the Marina offers easy access for weekend warriors with no time to lose.
     Membership in Bal Harbour Marina brings benefits:  access to two swimming pools and six USTA regulation tennis courts on the same property.
